THE LONG NIGHT – The year is 2050, and the world you know is a post‑apocalyptic wasteland. Hordes of nightmare creatures, the Wasted, lay siege to humanity. Every night, the streets are overrun, forcing everyone to barricade themselves in their skyscraper-homes for survival. There is just one chance to escape all this: the Carmageddon. These deadly races promise power, prestige, and valuable prizes to the participants. Most importantly, the champion wins the right to attempt the perilous journey that leads to the spaceport beyond the mountains. The only one left, the only chance to flee this dying world. You enter the Carmageddon as one of countless racers, equipped with little more than a rust bucket, scavenged fuel, and a makeshift weapon. You’ll face off against rival gangs like the Autoscum and other rogues in a fight for survival. Each destruction race is an opportunity to win parts and upgrades, a step towards the ultimate escape. As the night descends, the Wasted take the streets, and you with them.
THE ROGUELITE CAMPAIGN – Every Campaign run offers a unique journey through a randomly generated graph. Win Events and smash opponents to gain Credits. Maneuvers such as killing Wasteds, drifts, jumps, and flicks also grant rewards. Strategically plan your route so you can reach Shops. In these safe havens you can repair your car, swap weapons, or install one of the 80+ unlockable perks. Adapt to the dynamically increasing difficulty and conquer elite events and bosses. With branching paths, varied objectives, and ever-changing time-of-day and weather conditions, no two runs are the same. But the Carmageddon ain’t over when your vehicle is wrecked. Another driver will step up, and the challenge will resume anew, in a typical roguelite loop. Earn Beatcoins to unlock permanent bonuses and new content between runs in the Black Market. OPPONENTS – The Carmageddon hosts a diverse assembly of marauders, rejects, and lowlifes. Some prefer to rush in front of the pack. Others will chase you and try to bash you out of the way. Some will wait for the chance to unload their weapons into your car. Some are more skilled or better prepared than others. You may recognize some familiar names in the crowd. Corrupt police forces known as the Enforcers impose their brutal rules on those spared from mutation. The Enforcers will force you off the road to strip your car for spare parts and ammo, if you let them. Each area of the city is controlled by a particularly fierce opponent, commonly known as “the Boss”. These are the biggest, baddest, fastest, more armed vehicles that you can find. The rules of the Carmageddon demand that you beat each Boss before advancing to the next stage. Every race is a brutal test of skill, demanding you master driving, melee, and ranged attacks against a diverse and unpredictable roster of foes. To do so, you must work on your car, find upgrades and weapons that combine well together, and consistently perform behind the wheel.
THE WASTED – The Third World War and a series of devastating natural disasters left Earth in ruins. Amidst the chaos, a food supplement called MiVis was introduced to address food shortages, and became a ubiquitous part of daily life. However, long-term consumption of MiVis led to a horrific cellular mutation, transforming people into Wasted – monstrous, empty husks consumed by the supplement’s side effects. Now, they have become a mass of unsentient, super-aggressive beings that threaten survivors as soon as the sun starts to set. A lone Wasted is no match for your chariot of fury. Things start to heat up when more Wasteds show up. Boost into the hordes of humanoid husks swarming the track, parting the waves of Wasted like a Moses on wheels! But be careful not to get stuck in the high tide: too many Wasteds will surround your car and smash it to bits with the remains of their raw hands. And then there are Special Wasteds… horrible supermutations of the Wasted, morphed into something even less human. They may explode, shoot you from a distance, lunge at your car, or produce even nastier surprises. They pose a real danger and tend to show up late at night. And then, there’s the ultimate abomination. A creature whispered about, rarely seen; the monster that guards the only mountain pass towards salvation, and your final challenge.

Survive in an Open Sandbox World

Live off the Land!
Pick through the ruins of the old world and scavenge resources to survive, or retreat to the hills to avoid the shambling remnants of humanity. Set up a farm, forage, hunt wildlife, or fish to sustain yourself. Each choice can mean the difference between lasting another day or becoming part of the ruins.

Solo, Co-op & Online Play
Survive your way. Play solo, cooperatively, or online in PvE and PvP modes with dedicated servers and proximity voice chat. Whether you face the apocalypse alone or with friends watching your back, the choice is yours. In a desolate world, even solo survivors learn quickly that befriending a dog or horse companion can mean the difference between life and death.

Robust Character Customization
Design your chosen survivor with professions, afflictions, and a skill-tree system. Then outfit your survivor with a plethora of weaponry and gear that shape how you endure the apocalypse.

Craft and Build for Survival
Use an extensive crafting and building system to create what you need to survive, from gear and consumables to vehicles. Craft and customize weapons with attachments and modifications to survive relentless threats and hunt game. Upgrade vehicles with armor, weapons, and storage capacity to adapt to the risks ahead.

Then construct a safe house, fortify your base against threats using defensive structures like electrified fences and concrete barricades, or reclaim a burned-out house as a new place to live.

Endure the Zeeks
Not all zeeks are slow and stupid. Adapt and improvise against numerous zeek variants, or you’ll risk becoming zombie fodder. Customize your game sessions using extensive game-altering settings, or push yourself further by enabling Permadeath Mode if you dare.

The apocalypse claims everyone, eventually. If not through a zombie’s maw, then through hunger, exposure, treacherous terrain, or other people. How long will you last?

In a desperate move to end all wars that have been rampaging the world for decades, the mages provoked The Cataclysm. Massive balls of pure magic obliterated nearly everything. A strange purple mist propagated everywhere, with hordes of bloodthirsty mutants coming at night.

Our only hope is now to banish all magic from this accursed world by casting The Last Spell, requiring several days of uninterrupted incantation whilst a few strained Heroes try to protect those damned mages.

The Last Spell is a tactical RPG with roguelite elements in which you have to defend a city against hordes of deadly enemies.

During daytime, prepare your Heroes, carefully choose how to rebuild your Haven and position your defenses. Over the night, exterminate all the monsters coming at your walls with a large range of weapons and skills. Then heal, level up, and repeat until the Magic Seal is broken.

Turn-Based Tactical RPG:

• The whole RPG package: a flurry of stats, skills, perks, traits… and more.
• Tons of items: armors, weapons, trinkets and potions… with their own stats and skills, as well as optional random modifiers. Each weapon has its own skillset and playstyle!
• Build your own classes: upgrade your heroes with stat bonuses and perks, and equip whatever gear you wish. Want to make a glass cannon rogue/mage fighting with a gun? Do it!
• Manage your squad of heroes: they’re strong, but they are few and have access to limited resources. Healing and mana are scarce, so try to find a good balance.

Hordes of Evil:

• Think and adapt: you will face swarms of deadly enemies with only a few hardened heroes. Optimize your positioning and plan your actions: big AOE attacks, crowd control, buffs, poison… Every Action Point counts towards another day of survival.
• Enemies have strengths and weaknesses that will challenge your wits. And because hard is not enough for us, be prepared for the terrifying Elites!
• Each map will end with epic fights against unique mind-bending bosses.

Protect the Haven:

• Rebuild the city to help you in-between fights. Get healed, forge new magical weapons, get new heroes. Spend your resources wisely, commander!
• Build up your defenses: walls, traps, towers, catapults… every tiny bit of help is welcome.
• Protect the Magic Circle at all costs! If you lose it, humanity is doomed.
• 5 Havens to protect, each with their own setup and challenges requiring you to tailor your strategy to beat the Great Evil.

Roguelite Elements:

• The game is meant to be hard. You will fail… A lot. But every time you do, you’ll grow harder, better, faster, stronger!
• Procedurally generated enemy waves, characters, weapons and a ton of unlockables will keep you entertained until the real world collapses.
• Tailor each run thanks to the Omens: a limited amount of bonuses that can be picked for the upcoming run. Do you prefer more Action Points, more characters, sturdier defenses, better loot? Experiment to find your preferred tools of destruction.
